Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund.

Product Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo or short video showing the issue.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• a free replacement item
• a partial refund
• a full refund
Our goal is to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
Returns
In most cases, items do not need to be returned. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and international shipping logistics, we may resolve return requests without requiring the product to be sent back.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale Items

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Issues and Delivery Problems
